Shia LaBeouf is a wanted man!

Per TMZ, a $1,000 bench warrant has been issued for the Transformers star’s arrest after he failed to appear in court Tuesday morning to address a misdemeanor charge.

Shia was busted for unlawful smoking outside Burbank gift shop Skyblupink on Feb. 18.

This isn’t the first time the 21-year-old has had a brush with the law. In November, Shia was cited for misdemeanor trepassing during a late-night shopping spree to a Chicago Walgreens.
