Denise Richards is back on the market…for a new house!
The former Bond girl has put up her 5,651-square-foot estate in Hidden Hills, Calif. for sale for $4.25 million amidst reports that her neighbors, tired of her E! reality show filming in her house, want her out before season two starts.
But that couldn’t be further from the truth, Denise says.
“If there have been any complaints to the production company, I don’t know about them," she tells OK!. "Besides, I don’t know if there will be a second season.”
So why is she moving? The 37-year-old needs bigger digs to accommodate herself, daughters Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, and her father Irv, who moved in after her mother Joni’s death.
“We’re looking for something more comfortable for our two-family living arrangement,” she says. “I hope OK! will visit us there.”
