Snoop Dogg is innocent!
A jury has decided that the rapper didn’t punch a fan who rushed the stage during a show.
But he’s still going to have to pay nearly a half million dollars in damages, according to the BBC.
Richard Monroe Jr. had claimed that Snoop hit him with a gold microphone with a knuckle-duster style handle after he jumped on the stage during a Seattle performance in 2005.
After watching footage of the scene, jurors at a Santa Monica court said that Snoop hadn’t personally been involved.
But they also found that his entourage had given Monroe serious injuries in the brawl — and that Doggystyle, the label he co-owns, would have pay him $449, 400 in damages.
