Actor Shia LaBeouf was spotted riding around on a scooter in Sherman Oaks, Calif., on Friday, which wouldn’t be interesting except for the fact that the Transformers star had his license suspended back in January because he had refused a breathalizer test following the July 27 car crash that landed him in the hospital.
The suspension took effect on Jan. 17 and was to have lasted a year, but Shia was shameless about tooling around on two wheels yesterday.

Hell no Shia is not breaking the law,He is on a scooter half of the people who have had a DUI ride them.Due to the fact they are not a motor vehicle,and do not require a lisence.But maybe he might want to wear a helmet so the PAPS don’t have him on here making him look like a bad guy! I say if any thing you should say Well Done Shia for not driving and taking a chance of getting any jail time!!!
They are motor vehicles and you need a M1 license to operate one. All licenses are supposed to be reported when your license is suspended.
Shia WAS NOT driving around Sherman Oaks on that bike. He was driving in the street in front of his new house. The paps who shot these pics wrote the caption to make it look like Shia was breaking the law….what A SCUMBAG!
