I’m not a hater of Aubrey, because I don’t really care about Aubrey. I’d give Aubrey credit if she released a song of her own, that she wrote…..the fact that she is covering a song by EDDIE MURPHY of all people…that is one of the worst songs around by the way, is laughable..and the fact she couldn’t do a better version of one of the worst songs around says a lot about her.

When you cover a song, you’re suppose to add something new to it as well as pay tribute to the song, hoping it stands up to the original. Aubrey’s didn’t. All Aubrey did was put some washy hip hop dance beat on it that a 15yr old could do on their computer, and do an overly heavy sexy vocal. yawn.
No real effort went into the cover… she went the most easiest way possible and she (like the American Idol idiots) try and expect to gain massive credit off others work, which with this, honestly why would you.
Try something a little more complex or something of your own and you might get more credit. Be Bold. Cover a Diddy track.

I think she did good. Her version is hotter than Eddie Murphy’s, IMO, but the song itself is very catchy as it was already said. I think more than anything, this proved she does have talent, and I believe she still has a lot more to give. Just let her come out with something of her own, and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Well, I could say that about any girl of DK. I think all of’em have a lot more to give than they were able to. What I like about this one is her game. She has ambition, she has a vision. She’s a lot more than candy to our eyes. If people can’t admit she has some talent, admit at least that she does have a brain.
