Remember Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild? Apparently last night, he and Brody Jenner and Brody’s girlfriend Jayde Nicole got in a bit of a spat at a club in L.A.
TMZ got the whole story — they spoke with Brody on the phone. He told them his side of the story: He says he was out celebrating his birthday with Jayde when she saw Joe hitting on one of his ex-girlfriends, a friend of hers. Brody says he Joe was “unrelentingly” hitting on the woman, and Jayde felt it was harassing her. So she threw a drink on Joe.
Brody says Joe then pulled Jayde’s hair, punched her in the face and threw her to the ground and began kicking her. Security broke it up and Joe was dragged away, but Brody followed. Brody yelled at Joe and they were both kicked out of the club.
Outside, Brody tried to go back in to get to Jayde but wasn’t allowed in, so instead he punched Joe in the face, at which point someone Tasered him and he fell down. Joe left, and the cops came, but no one was arrested.
Jayde told TMZ she will press charges against Francis — she has a black and blue cheek, her face is swollen, she has a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair was also pulled out.
This morning, Brody posted to his Twitter about the fight: “Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!”

Apart from wanting to have that disgusting excuse for a human being thrown in jail for the rest of his miserable life, I cannot believe that ANYONE can ever say that a woman needs to be hit. Everyone seems to be forgetting what started this whole STUPID thing… Jayde throwing a drink.. Who does she think she is??? and, if you throw a drink and someone reacts, you should expect some retaliation… I am not saying he should have hit her… not at all. But, when you start acting like an idiot and get in the middle of someone elses business and throw a drink at someone, you deserve to have something bad come back at you. Franics is a scum wad and everyone knows that. Everyone should have walked away. Jayde is nothing but trouble and thinks she’s above everyone else. Jayde is showing her true colors and if Brody was smart he would run away as fast as he can, but he won’t. His low class call girl probably gives good head.
I can’t stand Brody’s girlfriend. I can’t stand Joe Francis either. Joe Francis is a jerk. He probably deserved it, however, why would she do that? There’s no excuse for her behavior. That speaks volumes about her as a person. A man should never hurt a woman. I don’t care what she does! It’s assault and always will be!

It seems as though abusing women has become a sport for Joe Francis. This guy is sick and depraved and has proven to society that he needs to be removed permanently! I just read an article in the LA Times that describes how he raped a virgin and then assaulted the reporter for writing it! He shows up for court proceedings when he feels like it, doesn’t pay his taxes, exploits women and now is confident enough to beat them in public! Jayde Nicole was a very brave women to stand up to this monster and I personally would love to give her a medal!

I think if you start something and you put your hands or throw or start ANYTHING with anyone male/female you deserve to get waxed. Keep your hands to yourself. He went to far but throwing a drink? come on she deseved to get some kind of reaction just not that harsh… Im just saying… dont like it sue me and keep your hands to yourself as well.
