Katherine Jackson already has a full plate as guardian of late son Michael Jackson's kids, as well as fighting to be involved in his estate, and now TMZ reports she might be thinking of filing a wrongful death suit.
According to TMZ, one of Katherine's attorneys, Burt Levitch, says the idea has "been floated" and Dr. Conrad Murray would be the one named in said suit.
Dr. Murray has been under investigation in the circumstances surrounding Michael's death, as he may have improperly administered the powerful anaesthetic Propofol before the King of Pop died.
