As OK! reported, Kim Zolciak last week vowed to press charges against her fellow Real Housewife of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes for allegedly assaulting her.
Now she’s made a complete U-turn, telling OK! that she no longer wants to go through with the case — just one day after admitting that she hit NeNe during the scuffle.
“I don’t have to press charges to prove a point to America,” Kim told OK! exclusively. “I hope NeNe in her heart she knows she made a mistake. She doesn’t have to publicly apologize — I’m sure it eats at her. ”
Kim had said she’d held off from having NeNe prosecuted for the alleged April incident because she had hoped her former best friend would apologize for allegedly “choking her out.”
But when NeNe publicly denied to claims, Kim said she would take the matter to the court room.
Now, Kim tells OK! that she’s backing down so as not to rock the boat.
“She has her family, I have a family, we’re on a successful show, and I’m going to try to be the better person,” she said.
But could it be something to do with yesterday’s admission that she “slapped NeNe’s finger out of [her] face”? It looks like we may now never know…
I can’t believe these “reality” stars(what a joke) are news worthy! LOL are you kidding me. She’s just a woman who married a rich guy….so what….there are THOUSANDS of women like her that pimp themselves out for money. It’s what our society is teaching our children now…it’s sad, pathetic and true.

If you want to like Kim that is fine and perfectly within your right, but don’t try to make the rest of the world seem crazy for having a problem with her “sleeping with a married man.” It is sad yet amazing what people will stoop to accept for selfish gain. Sleeping with someone’s husband is wrong on all accounts. He may be estranged from his wife now, but he was not when the thing with Kim started. I love how Kim’s story has changed, yet Nene’s has stayed the same. NOW she admits that she hit Nene….Perhaps that is the reason she won’t be pressing charges. I guess in her head she felt that being “choked out” by Nene wasn’t equivalent to hitting her, but as Judge Judy says, “Don’t come crying when you are on the losing end of a fight!”

Isn’t it great how the media manipulates it to look as though Kim’s story has changed? I didn’t read anywhere in the original story where Kim was asked if she touched NeNe at all and denied it? I think there is some serious racial tension in this group. You can see how NeNe and Sheree were not getting along then they team up to assault Kim. What do you expect when you throw one white girl into the black group? She is going to be called every name in the book and be made out to be the bad guy every time. And for everyone calling Kim a gold digger that only sleeps with married men – show me the proof? Big Poppa was going through a divorce when he was with Kim. To top it off -> all of the RHOA are gold diggers, not just Kim.
I am neither a fan of Kim, Nene or Sheree, but I have to agree that they all have golddigger tendencies. Racial tension? Who are you to say? You’re not on the set during filming. MTV has been throwing one black person into a group of 6 whites (Real World) for years, but you don’t notice the racial tension then? It’s called editing. I absolutely agree with you. Without a doubt it’s blacks against the whites in this. OMG and for OK to make a big deal out of Kim slapping Nene’s finger is unbelievable. Slapping a finger and trying to choke someone to death are two different things to begin with. I would have done a whole lot more than slapping Nene’s finger if she had just gotten finished trying to choke me to death. Of course Kim has an issue about filing chargies. Bravo probalby told her it was in violation of their contract and Bravo doesn’t want that kind of publicity. I wish Kim would go ahead and file the charges because all of these black women on the show except for Kandi are turning very violent and physical during this show. I do NOT trust Lisa either. My sixth sense tells me that behind all the rumors about Kim it’s actually Lisa spreading all these rumors and even the ones about herself. I like the show and think that it is making a lot of money and laughs, but at the expense of the reputation of black women. I hate that in this group of women Ne-Ne has been singled out as the loud alley one with NO CLASS, but that is how the show presents her. Well I don’t totally agree with this comment. People are individuals and this is a show not a looking glass into black life. If anyone sees the show and forms an opinion about all black women from this show, they are really….ignorant and too far gone to worry about. They most likely had their mind made up anyway and trying to use this show as a justification for their grossly inadequate opinion. Beacause really who uses reality tv shows as a basis to form an opinion about a whole race of people. Do you think that that reality tv show Jackass is accurate depiction of white people? In other news, Nene’s broke husband Gregg Leakes’s legal records are making its rounds. According to a public search, Gregg has been involved in 17 legal cases in recent years. These cases range from non payment of child support , receiving stolen pr…opery, to writing bad checks.People with skeletons might want to think twice before choosing to appear on reality shows. Just a thought.
