Twilight co-stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson walked the red carpet separately at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday night, but instead of just trying to spark any more romance reports, he just didn't want to get stabbed by her dress!
K-Stew, with managed to tame the dyed-black Joan Jett mullett she's been rocking for her role in The Runaways, sported a dress from Rock & Republic that featured a skirt covered in porcupine-like metal spikes!
