Jennifer Aniston might seem like a laid-back, easygoing kind of woman, and maybe that’s because, well, she is. “I’m not a fighter, I’m a discusser,” she tells Parade.com of disagreeing with loved ones. “I could probably use more fight in me.”
“I don’t yell. I talk. I can get dirty. I’ve been guilty of dirty fighting,” she admits. “But usually I don’t like to fight. I like it to be harmonious and fun. So the quicker we can discuss an issue and get through it, the sooner we get back to the fun.”
That sunny outlook extends to her prescription for handling whatever life throws at you.
“I say, ‘Stay positive.’ It doesn’t mean that we can get through anything,” she explains. “But we have to recognize that it’s fear that sort of sets everything on fire and spreads until everybody kind of gets on the fear bandwagon. That’s just ridiculous.”
And while America’s Sweetheart has starred in plenty of romantic comedies where the single gal ends up with the guy of her dreams, Jen doesn’t necessarily use her own experiences when it comes to bringing her characters to life.
“They probably don’t help because one is work and one is life. I certainly try to access my personal life when I’m doing my job. But you know what they say, ‘Art imitates life, life imitates art.’ ”
something about this women is so irritating–maybe some of it is her pollianna-ish bullsh-t or the fact that she acts like such a pushover constantly. If she is so “laid back” and great why is it that can’t seem to get a guy. Of course, John Mayer is so gross–I don’t know what she saw in him anyway.
She needs to stop being such a martyr–she sets herself up to be a victim/target –that’s why most people can’t stand her.

She speaks out of both sides of her mouth. For over 4 years she’s been playing up the “victim” card and milking her divorce like a cow (as if she’s the only woman in the world whose marriage didn’t work). Now that the “poor, pathetic Jen” label that she and her PR machine helped to create has set in she’s trying to back peddle, but it’s too late. No one will ever look at this woman and not think “loser”, and she has no one but herself to blame. Bringing up her ex and his family in every print interview, the obvious “fake” dating of Vaughn, Sculfor, Mayer, and attempted “fake” dating of Cooper and Butler, the constant one upmanship whenever Pitt and/or Jolie receive favorable press (what was she doing at the Oscars anyway?) is what makes her look pathetic. The only reason her fans buy her 1 star movie tickets is because they feel sorry for her, not the caliber of the work or her acting abilities. As my mother use to say, “you made your bed, now lie in it”!

Anoni, she was at the Oscars because the academy asked her to present. When the academy asks you to present you don’t say no. Sorta like when your boss asks you to stay late to clean the toilets. If you want to keep working you grab the comet.
Why is that when people critize her or find fault with her they are off the mark. I am a long time fan of hers and all the other 5 Friends.. I mean there were 5 other people on that show.. I like her as Rachel.. but I am not a fan of Aniston.. she does talk out of both sides of her mouth. She talks about the public reading the tabs and such. She has admttedt that she reads them. And if you really listen to the things she says it is always in answer to what is printed about her in the media. So Please spare me.. Jennifer is not a child to be protected. She is a grown woman.
