Jessica Simpson’s beloved Malti-Poo Daisy was taken by a coyote last night, right in front of her eyes, and now she’s enlisting help via Twitter in case there’s any chance the pooch can be recovered.
She writes: “My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!”

I suppose it doesn’t hurt anything to hope, but coyotes don’t take small animals just to have fun…they take them to eat.

Jessica, we will pray for you…hopefully Daisy was a fast runner, and there is that chance she could have gotten away, don’t give up hope, keep searching for her! And look to God to help you, he will be there for you. I know your pain, I too lost a dog a few months ago, and hold on ever so tight to the little ones I have now…but just keep the faith. They may be dogs to some, but to us they are family…think positive, be strong!

I live in the Texas countryside where we have a big coyote problem. Daisy will not be found alive. The coyote ate her. Neighbors heard screaming because the coyote was killing and eating her. I lost my beloved cat to a coyote. You learn to bring in your pets at night, and people walk their dogs on a leash around here. What I don’t understand is if Jessica saw her dog being taken, why didn’t she run after it. She might have scared off the coyote. SHe knows there are coyotes in her area, why wasn’t the dog on a leash. People have to be aware of what in their own neighborhoods.

to hear what happened to her pooch, but does she really think that a cayote took her dog to play with it and then let it go? Jessica really? is that what you’re thinking? I would be devistatingknowing that my pet got horribly killed like that, but baby girl be for real, your
loving pet is gone.

I can’t believe she let that poor dog out anywhere that it could be snatched. That thing spent 80% of its life in a purse it seemed. How could this happen?! I thought this was a joke when I first heard it. The next thing I thought was “oh and she wants a baby, great”. I can’t believe she would let her beloved suffer such a horrible end. So sad. Sorry but I wish it would’ve grabbed her instead.
How ANYONE on this board could make such horrible comments. It was her dog and she loved it, no matter who she is or how you feel about her - how can anyone wish that on someone or dare turn around and blame her for it?? How could this happen??? How could a little dog get snatched by a coyote??? pretty easily - I’m disgusted people would make such comments as though she is a terrible person for having her dog where it could be snatched, what a terrible thing to say - it was her yard
