Britney Spears had a blast from her N'Sync past last night, with a surprise appearance by pal Lance Bass.
"My good friend Lance surprised me on stage last night for Breathe On Me. It was soooo funny! Good to see you Lance!" Britney writes on her official page, posting a pic.
