The Hunt for Jessica Simpson’s Pooch Continues

16093292Jessica Simpson continues her massive doggie-hunt for Daisy — her beloved pooch that went missing after being taken by a wild coyote.

She first went to Twitter to spread the word. Now, Jessica has gone to new extremes by hiring FindToto.com, a dog finding service that power dials Jessica’s neighbors in Encino, Calif.

TMZ reports that the Daisy search party has only received one tip, but it was a false alarm for a pit bull not the malti-poo.  The search continues and hopefully the pooch will make a return. Jessica is distraught, but is hopeful that Daisy will make it home.

where was the dog and why wasn’t she on a leash? a coyote will not just approach that way…there is more to the what happened..

    • Liza says:

Um, actually a coyote WILL snatch and animal, I know of someone who had one snatched one from a leash. Rude of you to be so insensative. i wish her all the luck, it breaks my heart when a pet goes missing. Prayers!

    • SARA EVANS says:

YES OF COURSE A WILD DOG WOULD NOT APPROACH NEAR WERE HUMANS ARE? WHY WAS THE DOG ALLOWED TO ROAM AWAY NEAR DANGER IF A SO LOVED?

  2. Kingpinn says:

I feel ready bad for the dog. But lets be real that coyote was hungry when it snatched the dog. Witch in turn means that it didnt live long after it was snatched. No dog detectives are going to being the pooch home. He or she was dinner

  3. Jes says:

Wow you guys have no feelings gosh! i sure hope they find the cute lil pooch! dat is sooo sad when u loose a pet! they do happen to wander and a dog cant always be on a damn leash!

  4. Sandy like the beach says:

Ok if the coyote took the dog, he was probably dinner. A search party for a dog that was taken by a larger animal is just stupid. Jessica its called the food chain, nature took its course. What a horrible thing to see though. Thats sad

There are wild animals in city’s everywhere. We have a fox problem here that chases pets. From everything i’ve seen, she’s a very responsible animal owner. Coyotes are known to do this in L.A. My prayers are with her because I don’t know what i’d do if it were my dog. Yes, odds are, she will never see her dog again. And yes, odds are, the dog is dead. But grief takes many forms and if she needs to put out all the stops to at least have piece of mind that she’s done everything she can to get her dog back, then don’t fault her for it.

Ya know if you had money to send out a search party for your dog, that you have had for 5 years and that you love like your own child, you would do it. And i feel like it may help her with the grieving process to know that she didnt give up and did all she could. Jessica seemed to be an extremely loving mom to Daisy. She had a wonderful 5 years with Jess and i hope that she did not suffer….. she was such a beautiful girl…. I lost my pomeranian a few months ago and he was gone for 6 days and was returned to me because of the chip he had in his neck……. thank god!!!! So i know what its like to lose my lil guy and how scary it is.
