Don’t like his album art? Step off! Adam Lambert defended his For Your Entertainment album cover against the haters who are calling it ridiculous, E! News reports. “Thank you to those who appreciate and understand that the album cover is deliberately campy,” Adam tweeted this morning. “It’s an omage to the past. It IS ridiculous.”
Don’t expect an apology for the cover from the American Idol runner-up.
Adam wants his haters to know that his album cover was exactly the look he was going for. It’s campy and he likes it!
“For those that don’t get it: oh well…Glad to have gotten your attention,” Adam added. “Androgyny. Rock n Roll.”
OK ! Enough about Adam, he came in second, I want to hear about Kris Allen, Who came in First !
I really don’t want to hear anymore about Kris Allen ever. He is a terrible singer. Keep the info. about Adam coming. I love his voice and will keep buying every album that becomes available. I pre-ordered his CD a long time ago.
Adam Lambert certainly got people talking about this album cover. I’m just excited for the music on this album, stellar collaborators and co-writers from the list we’ve heard about. I think this album is going to rock!
You can do campy and over the top and execute it WELL. I GOT and LIKED the concept but the EXECUTION, was terrible.
The PHOTOSHOPPING and font was so bad, the album turned out tacky, laughable and cheap instead of beautiful and adrogynous. SUE the girl who designed it and CONSIDER CHANGING THE F-N COVER.

This album cover totally cracks me up!! I love it and think it is artsy and fantastic. It is ridiculous and over done on purpose folks!! It is glam humor and homage to the past. Don’t think just because he is gay he is trying to be pretty – NOT!!! Think Diamond Dogs and Poison. He can’t help it if he is pretty too. It is very well done and very purposely over done. This CD is going to totally kick butt!!
I don’t listen to his music, so I don’t know if he is good or bad, but he looks like a girl, and it looks horrible.
