Cops Say Leona Lewis' Slap Attacker has Mental Problems

TMZ reports that cops believe the man who slapped Leona Lewis at her book signing yesterday may have mental issues.  You think?Officials at Scotland Yard state they charged 29-year-old Peter Kowalczyk with common assault and also "sectioned" him under the mental health act meaning he will be held so doctors can examine him.

Peter is due back in court Oct. 26.
