The D.A. will not file charges against Brody Jenner, Jayde Nicole or Joe Francis from the alleged fight that occurred between the three, TMZ reports.
The report stated that the D.A. supports Joe’s claims that the surveillance video shows that Jayde “appears to have acted without immediate provocation.”
The D.A. concluded that “the interests of justice do not support the filing of criminal charges against any of the three suspects.”
However, this story isn’t over yet. The civil suits filed by all three are still ongoing.

I’m really glad to hear that Brody Jenner and his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, will not be charged in the fight with Joe Francis, but it’s a shame Joe won’t, etc.
Jon, if you saw the video it shows that Jayde came up and poured a drink on Joe. I would have pulled that bitches hair to. She is a bitch and I think it’s funny that Brody cheated on her. Maybe if she wasn’t such a bitch all the time maybe these things would not happen to her. I am just sad that Jayde didn’t get charged with something .
