Sounds like there’s a storm a-brewin’ over Jon Gosselin’s refusal to allow TLC film crews on the family property: TLC already released a statement, and now Kate Gosselin is addressing her estranged husband’s decision as well, adding in her two cents on the situation with another statement.
The statement reads:
“It appears that Jon’s priority is Jon and his interests … I’m saddened and confused by Jon’s public media statements. Jon has never expressed any concerns to me about our children being involved in the show and, in fact, is on the record as saying he believes the show benefits our children.”
Jon instituted the ban via letters to TLC from his attorney, as well as a sign on the property, after TLC removed him from the family’s reality show. It’s now just Kate Plus 8.
He goes on public dates with Hailey Glassman, is photographed partying and that’s NOT detrimental to the kids? How does this deadbeat expect his 8 kids to be supported? He hasn’t had a real job in years. Sounds like someone with a mouthful of sour grapes to me. He’s talking about not wanting to be on the show, he and his girlfriend (love of his lkife) have said awful things about Kate, publicly damning her, now that the money might roll away from him, he starts becoming concerned.

I hope that he gets kicked off the show and out of those childrens lives. Should be called “kate plus 9″

TLC says Jon is still under exclusive contract. If the current contract states TLC has the right to film on the property, then Jon is SOL. He’s lucky TLC is willing to give it time instead of legally enforcing the contract and continuing to film or suing his ill-fighting, doofus jeans off.
I’m not really siding with either Jon or Kate but I do think their children need a break from the filming. The divorce and constant bickering of their parents is being presented to the world as just more entertainment. To the children it is reality. I’m sure the children could use less camera exposure and more normalcy to get through what to them is a devestating situation. Of all the reality shows showcasing children, Jon and Kate’s children always seem to be highly stressed and on the verge of meltdown. Come on TLC: whatever the situation is between the parents is not really relevent here. If the network really has the best interest of those probably devastated, and overexposed children at heart, then bow out gracefully for a while and give them a chance to grieve the loss of their family stability with private dignity. Their heartbreak and confusion are real. Not really the stuff of entertainment.

You know everyone is making Joh out to be bad and I don’t really think that he is bad he is just acting like a teenager. Who was controlled by his parents that the moment he got freedom he was a wild child………..who has used some poor judgments in his most recent actions.
But he was so bullied by Kate and she not changed at all she is just smart enough to play nice in front of the cameras because she is the one most willing to contuine to use her kids as a meal ticket regardless the cost. And if Kate is going to be allowed to contuine to make her living off of those kids Jon should get his share. I still believe out of the 2 he is the nicer parent. Kate was the one always on book tours or off doing this and that and Joh was left at home taking care of the kids………So when he got some freedom he went hog wild. But I do believe he is a caring Dad.

Kate started all of this by thinking Jon was too passive and didn’t have a career and wanted a divorce. I’m sure she thought she was the pretty and popular one so she could get someone better , then when Jon met someone first she got sour grapes and went on a media blitz to make him look like a moran for doing what she wanted. in the first place.
*What man wouldn’t get pissed when TLC makes a public announcement saying that they don’t need Jon anymore and publicly disrespected him,
*They wont let him move on and get his own career-job cause they’re holding him hostage with his contract. (but Kate has a new show) Basically it’s “YOUR UNDER CONTRACT TO LET US SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT YOU THAT WE WANT, INCLUDING THE FACT THAT YOU DON’T HAVE A JOB”.
* They act like Jon is a wuss….. and doesn’t have any say so….. that they not only own him…. but have control of HIS KIDS, and can come into HIS HOUSE and pee in his toilet, drink from his faucet, leak PERSONAL DETAILS to the press, and steer the media into embracing a woman (kate) so they can get better ratings for her new show.
*Lets not forget how Kate would always slap Jon in the face whenever they were sitting down for an interview or filming in the kitchen. A total passive aggressive bullying move (cause he couldn’t respond due to filming) of a woman who felt like she was an all mighty dominant boss, and Jon was a servant to her every outburst and over reaction.

He was willing to let his kids keep shooting the show as long as he was paid and his name was on the title but know that they are kicking his ass to the curb he is bitchin about!!! Are you serious? OPEN your eyes!Caring until TLC kicked him off the show. He publically said HE did not want to film. (Because he wanted to whore around, thinking it was ok. Until someone pulled his hole card and told him to bump his brakes. This looks bad, this will determine the custody of your kids, etc. Other than that, JON GOSSELIN DOES NOT CARE) No matter how he was treated by Kate, he should think about the welfare of his 8 kids. Neither, has worked for a while; and who can blame them. Everyone wants to care for their kids when they are at the most impressionable stage in their life. If he was being bullied, he should have grown a pair; Instead of letting everything build up. So he can’t handle a STRONG woman (Kate). NOT her fault. Any mother, especially of 8, would be concerned with the kids well being and future. Now, when or if TLC cancels the show, what will HE do to compenstate for the money gone? ahhhh, it is so easy to judge from the outside looking in….I guess everyone who has an opinion (and doesn’t even know either of these people) actually are pure as the driven snow and have never made a bad decision. Things that make you go hmmmmm. I hope and pray that these two parents can resolve their issues for the kids sake. Both of them have made mistakes, the need to reconcile with themselves and each other if nothing more than to become better people and better parents. I won’t judge either of them…I haven’t been perfect and I don’t know anyone who has. But the only opinion I do have is that the kids do need a break from filming for a while…they need to know what normality really is. I just know that I will continue praying for the entire family!

Ok right Kate, that is why he said that he did not want to do the show anymore at the end of last season but you wanted to keep the children working so you wanted a divorce to try to keep him away from you abusing your children by working them. You treated him like crap on the show not because he is a bad dad or husband but because you are a true selfish, greedy-money hungry bitoch! We all see that now more the way you threw his signs on the ground and all he is trying to do is protect HIS children. You are not a single mom no more than Jon is a single dad. The difference is Jon had a job and you wanted him to not work and take care of the children while you ran around to sleep with the body guard that you don’t even need. Yep, well I guess you need him in some ways. The children will find out the truth about you one day and OMG, that will hate you for what you have done and all the lies you have told. Jon forgets what has provided him with the lifestyle he has been living. Turning his back on the show and refusal to allow it to continue was a self centered spiteful move on his part. The show provided income for his family as well as numerous opportunities they would not have been able to have. Hopefully he is ready to return to a 9-5 job……………He deserves it.
It makes me sad to see this happen to this family and what makes it worse is there family’s warned them it would tear them apart and it did.They both were way to young to have that many children to begin with and now the children have to be the ones to pay.Im not taking sides with either one of them for the reason they BOTH are in the wrong Jon had no right to cheat on Kate but when she is constantly down his throat and is on him for everything then it will cause you to do things you regret.No one can stand being treated like a child and she did this many time to him he never did anything right to please her she was selfish and hateful to him.Now im not just talken about kate cause jon is no saint what he did was wrong if he didnt want to be with her then he should of said so instead of dragging his little children into the eyes of the media the way he did there the ones that are paying for his mistakes now.Jon you need to sit and listen to Haylee cause what she said is right you want your children to look at you and say MY DADDY IS HONEST but they cant now cause you wasnt and kate you need to quit being such a selfish witch and maybe your marrage would still be working.God bless all these babies that suffer because of there stupid mistakes learn to take your familys advice jon and kate let your children live there lives like children not with camars shoved in there face 24/7.
