Leighton Meester has gone from Gossip Girl star to fledgling musician in what seems like a very short time, debuting her first single, “Somebody to Love,” on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this morning.
The song features R&B artist Robin Thicke, who Leighton added into the mix a few months after she originally recorded the song.
“I really wanted to make something that’s completely different from anything that’s on the radio right now,” said Leighton. “I feel like it’s really dancy and fun, but it’s still laid back and relaxed and moody and sexy.”
Ohhh ! That’s great, I love Leighton, I’m sure that her song is going to be a hit… Good girls go bad rocks and she sings very very well… can’t wait for hear her new song…. GG and Queen B, the best on CW !!!
