NEWSMatt Damon Has "Serious" Family Emergency

Matt Damon was forced to pull out of a charity event in San Francisco last night because of a "family emergency of a serious nature," according to his rep.
"He wouldn't have missed this otherwise," the rep told E! News, of the Second Annual OneXOne Fundraiser on Oct. 22 which Matt, 39, was scheduled to host.
The Informant! star and his wife Luciana Barroso are spending time with his family in Boston, and were seen walking with their 14-month-old daughter Gia and an older couple.

The duo are also parents to daughters Isabella, 2, and 11-year-old Alexia, Luciana's daughter from a previous relationship.
Matt is currently filming The Adjustment Bureau in NYC (pictured).
