As reported earlier, Nicole Richie, was on the business end of a fender-bender in Beverly Hills on Monday when her Land Rover was allegedly rear-ended by a photographer. The new mom complained of pain and her baby-daddy Joel Madden quickly arrived on the scene. No ambulance was called but Nicole did go with a friend to Cedars Sinai Hospital to get checked out. According to police, the photog, Edwardo Arrivebene, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license.

that’s not Joel but Benji who arrived on the scene. Joel went directly to the hospital. The friend is actually Nicole’s mom. If you don’t know how to identify the twins by now…you should get started (and it’s pretty easy too).
Lets not forget that Nicole drove the wrong way on the freeway while drunk and on drugs, and received no punishment for that. Isn’t it ironic don’t cha think!
oh, yeah no one’s forgotten about what she did. luckily she didn’t kill anyone. but that moron photog could’ve hurt someone. he did hit her. she didn’t hit anyone. obviously some people love dwelling on the past. i guess that’s why this country is a safe-haven for idiots. oh, btw she did go to jail albeit for a very short time. that’s the way California works. don’t like it do something about it instead of pointing out the irony in situations that don’t even matter.
