According to a new report by RadarOnline.com, Jon Gosselin may have gone against his public proclamation to build a better relationship with estranged wife Kate, by draining their joint account down hundreds of thousands of dollars to only $1,000.
Sources tell RadarOnline that Kate routinely uses that account to pay the family’s bills.
Marty Singer, a lawyer for Kate, tells RadarOnline.com: “If the money is not immediately returned, we will be looking into potential claims against Mr. Heller if he had any involvement with the violation of the court order.
“It is very disappointing that Jon Gosselin has escalated this to such an ugly place that her lawyers have to do everything they can to protect her and her children from his outrageous actions.”

He is a CREEP, JERK….and a few other choice words. I don’t believe a word he says. All his action is money motivated…he isn’t thinking about his kids….he is out for, number one himself, that is clearly evident.
I’d like to see Jon go to jail for contempt. That would keep his mug out of the news.

No wonder they’re looking at Heller-Jon’s lawyer. Divorce lawyers routinely advise their clients to clean out any joint accounts they can before the other spouse can.
This is classic David (Jon) vs Goliath (TLC). They’re gonna bury him with their unlimited resources and \leaks\. Is nobody else annoyed to see a big corporation totally screw over a family for some profits?
According to the letter on the internet that Kate’s lawyer sent Jon’s lawyer on Friday this is what happened:
1. Jon took hundreds of thousands of dollars out of the account. The letter states that $1,000 was left in the account, but it doesn’t state that $200,000 was taken out.
2. Jon took the money prior to going on Larry King’s show. The letter doesn’t mention the date the money was withdrawn.
3. Kate received overdraft notices on October 1, after Jon was on Larry King.
Okay, this doesn’t sound right to me. Why? Becuase, a person doesn’t receive overdraft notices, unless their account is thrown into a negative balance due to items being posted where there is not enough money in the account to cover it.
The account had a $1,000 left in the account. That’s a positive balance not negative balance.
Another reason why this doesn’t sound right to me, is because she was receiving overdraft notices that late. To my knowledge, things post in the morning, not after bank hours.
Another report on a different site states that after Kate received overdraft notices, she contacted her bank and they told her that Jon withdrew $200,000.
I’m surprised that only $201,000 was in their account.
I believe in the fact that a person is innocent, until proven guilty.
I also believe that if a person does a crime, they should pay. I don’t know what kind of punishment the judge will give Jon if he is found guilty.
I hope for Kate’s sake that this story is true and that the bank can prove that Jon has stolen the money. It would look bad, if Jon wasn’t the one that took the money.
Another thing that I found strange too is that on Saturday it was reported that Kate has taken down Jon’s sign and hours later that Jon and Kate agreed to talk about custody.
Question to ponder: Why would Kate and Jon agree on saturday to sit down and talk about custody, when Kate stated that Jon stole $200,000. Wouldn’t they be mad at each other?
This so called man, is a real sleaze. A thief, and I hope the court throws the book at him, Kate goes forward with the divorce real fast, he has to pay child support, and he and his newly breast implanted bimbo girl friend, get a sleaze show on MTV and even that gets canceled.

Jon left $1000 on the account after his withdrawl…. The way she got overdraft fees is the bills came in a bounced (the $1000 dollars was used to pay part) and there were still insfufficient funds. He left $1000 in the account is a totally different thing from what is currently on the account… The account balance right now is currently negative…
Jon you need to grow up. Your kids will remember all of the things you have done with other women. Don’t you think you need to go home to your wife and children. And if Kate would ever take you back after all the things you have said and done. You are a rat!!!
