Russell & ElizabethOf all the dangers of making a movie on location, the last one most actors would concern themselves with is being hit by a firetruck. But that’s exactly what happened to Russell Crowe and Elizabeth Banks on the Pittsburgh-area shoot of their upcoming film The Next Three Days.

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the co-stars were inside a van parked near the campus of Duquesne University on Thursday when a fire engine from the neighboring Deutschtown Fire Station took a corner too wide and reportedly clipped their vehicle.

Luckily, no one was injured in the incident, aside from the van, which had its front end ripped off in the collision.
