Stephanie Pratt proved that she wasn’t that drunk when she was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving on Oct. 18, but unfortunately for Stephanie, she was just drunk enough.
Stephanie took two breathalyzer tests after being pulled over, TMZ reports, the first one blowing a .08 and the second a .09.
In California the legal limit is .08.
Stephanie was pulled over for an equipment violation and reportedly felt that the cops were waiting for her as she left the Hollywood club.
She was held at $5,000 bail and released Sunday afternoon.
