Gossip Girl Oct. 22 Taylor Momsen, Ed Westwick and Penn Badgley were spotted on the set of Gossip Girl in NYC on Wednesday. Ed and Penn were dressed in their typical stylish GG attire, but what happened to Taylor? We understand that tights are back in fashion, but does that make it acceptable for the teenage actress to wear an even shorter dress?

    I hope this a scene where they are getting ready for a Halloween party and she is dressed a hooker, otherwise it’s wrong :)
    Is there going to be a story line that has their dad say put some damn clothes on?
