Despite his bitter split from his wife of two years Tameka Raymond, Usher is holding up the divorce by refusing to sign his papers.
On Monday, the R 'n' B singer released his new single, "Papers", about breaking up with Tameka, 38, but RadarOnline.com reports that the 30-year-old won't ink the papers that he filed at Atlanta's Superior Court.
"Tameka thinks that it's ironic that "Papers" is his comeback single when she just wants him to sign the paperwork and finalize the divorce," a source tells RadarOnline.com.

"The terms and conditions have been agreed on for around a month but he keeps stalling on them and she's the one that wants to move on with her life."
The song - from his forthcoming album, reportedly called Raymond versus Raymond - centers on Usher's split from his estranged wife, who he met when she was his stylist.
The couple married in August 2007 and has two sons, Naviyd, 10 months and 1-year-old Usher Raymond V.
