I felt sorry for Erin - I could not believe Olivia talked to Erin the way she did, she just started that job, very disrespectful. Then Erin being told it was HER job to make it work?! Maybe Olivia should have been told to treat her co-workers with more respect. Would have loved to hear the mousy little interns take on it.
