aronkarina1Maybe Tuesday night’s Dancing with the Stars elimination show will teach Aaron Carter to not count his chickens before they’re hatched. The young singer, despite having earned a near-perfect 29 out of 30 on Monday night, ended up in the bottom three this week — and he was not exactly thrilled with the result.

Rather than speak to the press like he normally does every week after surviving elimination, Aaron let dance partner (and rumored romantic interest) Karina Smirnoff do the talking for him.

“He’s shaken,” Karina said about their surprising placement in the bottom three. “He did not expect it.”

While Aaron and Karina escaped immediate dismissal when retired football legend Michael Irvin was eliminated, it meant they were forced into a dance-off against Iron Chef’s Mark Dacascos and his partner Lacey Schwimmer.

Since Mark was given the first opportunity to strut his stuff, Karina had a strategy to keep her partner’s mind off the stress.

“I didn’t let Aaron watch Mark’s dance or listen to what the judges said,” she explained. “Because I don’t want anything else going through his head.”

In the end, her cunning plan worked, as Mark and Lacey were eliminated by the judges and Aaron and Karina were given the chance to dance another day.

The Discussion

  1. So poor little Aaron didn’t like it that he was in the bottom three this time. And he was so upset that he couldn’t talk. Was he afraid he might cry again. Why was Aaron surprised he this is not the first and chances are not the last time he will be in the bottom “two”. By now the voters are showing they don’t like him. Not matter what his score is he should his true self a few weeks ago. The voters have not forgotten how he has acted. It’s looks like they want him off the show not matter what his score his. Aaron should not have said after the first show he was going to win. It’s time for Aaron to go.
We want the nice people and the more enjoyable people to be on the show now. Donny Osmond of course is one of the best. He’s entertaining and a much better person than Aaron will ever be. So hopefully. We after next week we will have Donny, Kelly, Joanna and Mya.

Aaron is a great young man and in CASE YOU HAVEN’T NOTICED A TERRIFIC DANCER! HE IS BREAKING HIS BUTT IN THIS COMPETITION AND I WISH MORE PEOPLE WOULD START RESPECTING HIM AS A YOUNG MAN AND NOT A KID ANYMORE.

      • Shelly says:

“Great” young man? Not really. He pouts like a 3 yr old when he doesn’t like what the judges say to him. If he wants respect deserving of an adult, maybe he should start ACTING like one.

aaron and karina should go next week. no one will like him, i don’t even like him. the final four that i want in the semi final are kelly, donny, joanna and mya. these four are my favorites now, besides aaron. if aaron said he is going to win, no one will vote for him, if he keeps saying that and he really is such a cry baby. grow up kid.

    • Lynde says:

I don’t like Aaron. He’s too young. Obnoxious, emotional. Doesn’t deserve what he’s getting. Let him suffer the way All or most former flavors of the day. Donny has suffered. Let him have his day in the sun again.

  3. Susan says:
