Drawing in fans like Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who were caught getting close at a Kings of Leon concert in August, the band’s bassist Jared Followill may have snagged his own Twilight starlet. The 23-year-old musician’s ex- fiancée Alisa Torres was no where in sight as he celebrated his birthday getting cozy with New Moon’s Ashley Greene.
A source close to Ashley, 22, reveals exclusively to OK! that the new duo was spotted, “holding hands and making out” at Followill’s birthday bash at The Box in NYC last Thursday night.
The lovebirds were initially introduced at a Kings of Leon performance and it has only picked up from there.
“They were immediately attracted to each other the night they met at [the band’s] show in Vancouver,” the source explains to OK!.
And although Followill was previously engaged to 23-year-old model Alisa Torres, the source continues that Ashley and Jared, “kept in touch and finally he ended it with the fiancée to give it a try and now they’re in New York together.”
Looks like Ashley has a lot more to be excited about than the recent premiere of The Twilight Saga: New Moon!
