Tough waters ahead for Eddie Cibrian, it seems: His soon-to-be ex-wife claims Eddie, who is now dating LeAnn Rimes, isn’t paying spousal support, TMZ reports.
Brandi Cibrian claims that Eddie has left her with essentially nothing since he left in August after 8 years of marriage and has refused to give her any money.
According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Brandi claims Eddie is making $60,000 a week on his show and that he is only paying Brandi for “household bills” right now.
Brandi is asking for more money to take care of herself and their two young children. She is asking for $39,963 a month in spousal support so she can pay for things like their children’s schooling, the car, medical bills and her Pilates classes.

I agree. Sounds like he’s turning into one of those divorced dads that-once they decide to leave-want to just forget they ever had a family before.

I love the bias for the woman scorned. Do they even have a divorce settlement? I’m sorry if she’s gotten “accustomed” to being a stay at home mom who hs to take her pilates 3 times a week to maintain her physique. If she is concerned for the welfare of her kids, she would seek CHILD support, which should be held in trust so she can’t waste it on crap like her wardrobe, and she should…oh, I don’t know…get a job? Thousands of mothers sustain their children’s school, “medical bills” etc. for much less than $40K a month. Give me a break.
In Calif he has to keep the wife and kids in the style they are accustomed to…he can afford it.

Really??? If he can afford to pay to wine and dine his bimbos he can pay for Brandi’s Pilates period. There is something called dissipation of marital assets. I highly doubt Brandi gave Eddie permission to spend her half of the money on his side pieces.

Eddie is a sorry piece of nothing. He’s not providing for his wife and children, but he can wine and dine his mistress. Brandi is the mother of his children and he’s treating her really bad. I wonder if he has ever thought about what kind of role model for his kids. One day they are going to know how shabbily he treated their mother.
