The sisters were filming an episode for Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Her family’s reality TV show is not the only behind-camera action Kim is involved in — the actress Tweeted last week that she will be guest starring on CSI:NY.

My husaband and I have been married for over 18 years and though right now he is fighting some VERY SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS I know that it will all work out.
