Sarah Palin doesn’t scare him! Levi Johnston tells The Insider that he’s not going down without a fight, and will be filing for joint custody for his son with Bristol Palin, Tripp.
Levi says he is taking legal action after he had trouble over the weekend trying to see his son.
“At the end of the month I’m going to file for joint custody of Tripp,” Levi explained. “It’s not working. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge.”

Why is he waiting for the end of the month? If he is serious, why wait? Goes to show you he enjoys playing around and posing nude instead of taking care of his child. He thinks he can just show up and be a dad when it is convenient of him. That is not fair to the child and the mom has a right to protect their son from emotional damage this jerk will cause. He is doing EVERYTHING for publicity and money.
Why is it fair for the mom to keep the child away from dad? If they dont have a court ordered parenting plan, then he should not have any problems seeing his son.
