I WATCHED TRUE BLOOD AND TWILIGHT, LIKE THEM ALL BEFORE (ACTUALLY LOVED THEM IS BETTER) BUT WHEN I STARTED WATCHING VAMPIRE DIARIES WELL I LOVED THIS EVEN MORE THAN THOSE TWO (well the start is a bit of a blah! but ep 8 and 9 is WOW). THEY WORKED VERY HARD NOT TO MAKE IT SIMILAR TO TWILIGHT SO THE FIRST EPS ARE NOT THAT GOOD BUT BELIEVE ME! GET PAST THAT AND IM SOOOOO SURE ULL LIKE IT. I like vampire diaries it is a good show, but they did make it a little like twilight. Just last night when the younger brother told her he couldn’t stay I turned to my hubby and said TWILIGHT much lol (but it was cool). Anyways it is a good show and very very very cute guys but Robert just has that something about him that no one else has and he is and will always remain my fav hollywood vampire

I have seen every show of the vampire diaries and while the show is very entertaining I have to disagree with you…I would pick Alexander Skarsgard over either of the vampire diaries boys or robert pattinson anyday.

A lot of people are just finding out about this poll so thats why. I found out a couple of days ago from a RPattz site saying there is a poll so yea you are going to get a lot Team Robward fans coming out to give their vote!
Just goes to show you who spends all of their time on the internet instead of doing their homework. The tweens have the time to vote, vote, vote for their boy Rob while us grownups have a lot of other thing in the works so we don’t have quite as much time as the tweens. I would say Alexander Skarsgard is actually the very best of the best. He is not on every magazine cover in the supermarket like Pattinson is and the season for the show he is in is over until June yet he still garners so many votes without all of the exposure. I’ed say that was a pretty good indicater of who can hold their own without all of the hype.
Not every Rob or Twilight fan is a teen and all of the haters out there who use the same lame line “oh its tweens who like it and teeny boppers” should go read the books before judging. There are PLENTY of women who love Rob and Edward and the saga so please spare us the lame attempt to make it seem like only kids like Twilight.
Yeah, I also read the Twilight books and liked them fairly well except I hated how they leaned way to much toward Jacob after the first book. In fact I have read most all of the books written about vampires (Bram Stoker’s Dracula being my first). But I have also read all of the Sookie Stackhouse (which True Blood is based on) and find those books far more entertaining, they have everything from humor to horror as well as several love stories. I am also aware that there are a lot of women fans of the Pattinson’s out there too. But I stand by my original comment, most of those voting for Edward are tweens and they are still his biggest fan base. I also think he is a very good looking guy, but I stand by my original comment that Alexander Skarsgard is the sexiest, sweetest, most teriffic actor in this or any other poll.
I do agree that Jacob was shoved down our throat in New Moon and definitely in Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. However since I am Team Edward all I really cared about were the Cullens and Edward. The wolves and Jacob could have never made an appearance and I would have been just fine. Also just FYI most tweens prefer Taylor Lautner because he is the cookie cutter clean cut boy that girls that age tend to lean toward. Yes Rob has tons of fans but a lot of the older fans prefer Rob because he is unique. Hell if I wanted to look at a nice body I would go with Kellan Lutz not Taylor.

I read TWILIGHT, Vampire Diaries, and some of True Blood. Let me start by saying the books are GREAT, but Twilight the movie isnt as good as the book. Vampire Diaries tv show doesnt follow the book at all the show is horrible Elena had blonde hair and a little sister! alot of things got changed for no reason. True blood alex is sexy as hell but i vote for Rob becuz hes sexy and sweet, hes perfect

Sorry but Paul Wesley is anything but sexy. He is trying to be a clone of the Pattinson kid without the good looks. If you look closely he tries to wear his hair the same way, his facial movements try to imitate Pattisons’s, he even trys for that sultry look that the Pattinson kid has. Also, his character is boring, boring, boring, Damon and Elana’s kid brother are the only interesting characters in the whole show.

Just running through some things on YouTube and ran across pics of Pattinson. There is nothing sexy about smoking and it seems like he is smoking in a lot of his pictures.
