Taylor Swift & Taylor Lautner Call It Quits

Well, it was adorable while it lasted! Sources confirm to Gossip Cop that singing sensation Taylor Swift and Twilight hottie Taylor Lautner have broken up after a little more than three months of dating. "It just wasn't happening," a Swift source tells Gossip Cop.

“They met, they liked each other, went out a few times, but the media made a bigger deal of it then it was because they’re young and attractive,” the insider adds of the two young stars, who met on the set of Valentine's Day.

Although each Taylor made jokes about their relationship during stints as hosts on Saturday Night Live, the twosome were apparently not ready to be serious, and were just a couple of young celebs going on dates while the media paid close attention.

The source adds that the split was "not big or dramatic," nor was their relationship "contrived," as other reports have indicated. Don't worry though, these two likable kids are still "going to be friends."
