Jesse James might be getting the upper hand soon in the custody battle against his ex Janine Lindemulder, after filing some pretty incendiary documents in court which may show that even Janine thought her daughter Sunny was closer to Sandra Bullock than her mom.
According to TMZ, in a series of emails between Janine and Jesse's sister, Julie James England, from 2008-2009, where she apparently admits to using drugs, having sex for money and the fact that her daughter talked nonstop about Sandra. Jesse is attempting to prove that these emails indicate Janine is a danger to Sunny.

TMZ says that in the emails Janine confesses to spending the night with a man in exchange for $25K, which Julie replies by saying, "this sic is a form of prostitution."

Janine also bemoans Sunny's love for Sandra, writing, "all sic Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!" and begging for Vicodin.
"I am so depressed, Sun is suffering, I can't even find the energy to play with her," Janine wrote, according to the story. "It's 9:30 and I don't even know what she ate today." She added, "Not being awake makes everything better."
