DVR THIS: Varsity Inc.

I’m not big into sports, but I dig teen dramas and reality television. Now ESPN 2 is treading on my turf with its new series Varsity Inc., which follows the Rebels, the West Monroe High School  football team of West Monroe, La.. After a gripping lost in last year’s playoffs, they are determined to claim back their championship status. Will they succeed? Do their parents have their backs? How will they balance school and girls and college applications along the way? It’s like a real-life Friday Night Lights. Who wouldn’t dig that?

Varsity Inc premieres Thursday, Nov. 29 at 11 p.m. on ESPN 2.
