At the age of 16, Chris Brown was the first male solo artist to release a single that went straight to No. 1 with his hit debut song “Run It” in 2005. After dating Rihanna in 2009, the prince of R&B became the center of controversy when news spread of his alleged abuse towards the songstress. As a result, the Grammy nominated singer was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community service. After suffering months of negative press, Chris publically apologized for his actions and his true fans stood by his side. The 22-year-old revived his music career, releasing his fourth album, F.A.M.E., in 2011.
