We are crying over here after hearing the news that Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder broke up. Obviously the two met on the set of The Vampire Diaries, and even though they're now dunzo, the show must go on and they're still going to have to work together on-set. Talk about awkward.

A simple Midwestern girl, Jessica Szohr could relate to her Brooklyn character's isolation from the Upper East Sider's on Gossip Girl, her debut role. The CW show becomes a smash hit when it premieres in 2007 and while onscreen Jessica's character Vanessa woos co-stars Penn Badgely and Chace Crawford, offscreen Vanessa has a very real romance with co-star Ed Westwick which they go public with in 2009. A year later, Jessica takes on her first big-screen role in the campy and bloody Piranha 3-D.
