| Hollywood is in Kate Hudson's blood. With Goldie Hawn as her mom and Kurt Russell as her father figure growing up, Kate was destined to perform. In 2000, Kate's big break came playing the free-spirited groupie Penny Lane in Almost Famous, which earned the young actress an Oscar nomination. That winter, Kate married Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson with whom she had her first child Ryder. In 2002, Kate's starring role opposite Matthew McConaughey in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days solidified the actress of one of the hottest romantic comedy stars. In 2006, Kate and Chris split amid rumors of a romance between the actress and her You, Me and Dupree co-star Owen Wilson, whom she dated off-and-on until 2009. In 2010, Kate began dating Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy. Later that year, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together and by the spring they're engaged. In 2011, Kate gave birth to another son Bingham Hawn. |
