Kate Middleton

While not a princess, Kate Middleton is no commoner. Raised by self-made millionaires, Kate attended the prestigous (and expensive) boarding school Marlborough College before attending University of St. Andrews in Scotland where she befriended Prince William. In 2002, Kate and William move into a four-bedroom apartment with two school friends, though they have yet to acknowledge anything other than friendship between them. Two years later the couple finally went public, but Kate and Will split in 2007 before reuniting a few months later. In 2010, William proposed to Kate with Princess Diana's engagement ring and they were married at Westminster Abbey in 2011.
