Long before her days of co-hosting Live with Regis and Kelly, Jersey girl Kelly Ripa was known for her role as Hayley Vaughan on the longtime soap opera All My Children. This was not only her first acting gig, but it was also where she met and fell in love with her husband Mark Consuelos, who was also her lover on the soap. In 1996, the pair secretly tied the knot in Las Vegas and welcomed their first child together the following year. In 2000, Kelly brought her bubbly personality to morning television when she was named the new co-host of Live with Regis and Kathie Lee. In the years that followed, Kelly gave birth to a daughter and second son, and ended her 12-year run with All My Children. She showed her funny side on the ABC sitcom Hope & Faith for a few seasons, but now sticks to being a mommy and entertaining audiences every morning on Live.
