OK! News: Who Wore It Better? Kylie Jenner or Shay Mitchell?

"Every once in a while, I randomly decide I need to buy myself something super expensive. I can honestly remember every single time I've gone retail crazy. Last week I stopped in Kenneth Cole, turned into Carrie Bradshaw, and bought myself a pair of shoes—I'm not sure I want to admit how much I paid for. They're so gorge, so I totally don't regret it.
