And the nominees for Malan's Musings best dressed of the year are...... HAHA! One day darlings, perhaps OK! will send me to the Academy awards to chat with my girlfriends on the red carpet.

Well, this week's nominees looked spectacularly STUNNING at the pre-Golden Globes party with my beautiful friend Maria Menounos, in a stunning ode to 60's style Yves Saint Laurent. Another of my beautiful darlings, Anne Heche, gives colour a sultry and oh so delightful twist à la Carmen Miranda in the 1940's.

Oh darlings, beautiful Bethany Joy Galeotti looks One Tree Hill closer to one tree stump, in this magenta dress, simply unflattering.

I love the adorable Zooey Deschanel, and in this black-and-white ensemble serves us the simplest of chic looks, with a twist — a youthful twist.
And Lea Michele though chic, pays homage to the wonderful days of Pan Am Airways, the ladies of the air who defined style in their Adolfo and Pucci suits.
Darlings, we close the week with our men of style section. Lorne Michaels in a classic and beautifully tailored Brioni suit.
