Bret Michaels is undergoing heart surgery today, but reportedly is in good spirits going into it.

Bret's rep told Hollywood Life that the Poison singer is set to return to St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center today to repair a hole in his heart.
The hospital is where he received treatment for his brain hemorrhage back in April.
