California Cemetery Charging Fee to Leave Gift for MJ
Planning on visiting Michael Jackson's mausoleum? It will cost you. Due to the traffic at the King of Pop's tomb, the cemetery where he was laid to rest is charging a fee for those fans who want to pay their respect by leaving a gift.
However, the cost is only $3.
According to TMZ, the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, Calif, is taking down the stage where fans were previously allowed to place gifts and instituting a new policy.
The cemetery staff will only take gifts inside to the mausoleum for a $3 fee, and the only gifts allowed are flowers — teddy bears, posters, picture frames andcandles are all forbidden.
Fans are not allowed to step inside either.
