Ellen and Portia bought the home for $12 million and sold it in June of this year for $13 million making a sizable profit in just six months.
Cosmetics entrepreneur Victoria Jackson picked up the home that comes with its own private beach entrance with a combined living space made up of two separate properties overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Point Mugu State Park.
The estate has a pool, tennis court and gorgeous landscaping which makes it very private.

Brad had designed the home with a modern feel with glass walls, huge chandeliers and stainless steel appliances. He had bought the home for $8.41 million soon after his divorce from Jennifer Aniston in 2005 but the four-bedroom, four-bathroom property is probably too small for his six-kid brood with Angelina Jolie.
Ellen and Portia also recently sold their Beverly Hills compound to Ryan Seacrest for $37.5 million and then picked up a $17.4 million pad from Hollywood producer Robert Cort.
