Ellen DeGeneres and Justin Bieber are constantly using their celebrity for good, and one young woman who is in need of a double lung transplant was fortunate enough to have both Ellen and Justin help her spread her message.

Last month, she successfully got Justin to Tweet her message to raise awareness for organ donation.

"Over 2,000 in Ontario alone signed up and registered to be organ donors," Hélène explained in a video message to Ellen. "I keep thinking: 'if that was only done by a Tweet, imagine if you could speak about it for two minutes how many people would feel influenced to register and give the gift of life.' "

Ellen heard her message and surprised Hélène by Skyping with her on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

"I think what's amazing about this video — I get a lot of people that want to meet me or want me to do something — but you actually are sending this out not to help yourself, because you're on a list and it's going to happen when it's going to happen, but you want to help others," Ellen explained.

Ellen said she wants to help Hélène get the message across.

"I want to meet you in person. So I can't wait for you to have your transplant, and as soon as you do, we're going to fly you and your mom out here for a show, and I'd love to hang out with you backstage. We're going to dance together," Ellen said. "We are going to dance together, you and me, okay?"
