NEWSFormer '90210' Stars Brian Austin Green Loses Lawsuit and Big Bucks to Vanessa Marcil

All's fair in love and war, right? Despite riding cloud nine with the birth of his newborn son Noah with wife Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green is rebounding from a lawsuit against ex-girlfriend and former 90210 co-star Vanessa Marcil.

Here's the deal: According to one site, he sued Vanessa earlier this year over a reported $200,000 loan she didn't repay to him. Well, he indicated he first loaned her the money in 2000 to the tune of $50,000.
Keep in mind she's the baby mama of his 10 year-old son, Kassius. In the lawsuit, he indicated an additional $150,000 was loaned to her with the agreement she was going to be pay him back at a later time. Well, last November he asked her for the money and she allegedly refused. Thus a lawsuit was born.

Tables got turned however now that the judge ruled he isn't entitled to the money considering the state of limitations has expired. Plus, the judge indicated she can countersue him for damages incurred by a "frivolous" lawsuit as dubbed by her lawyers. She is reportedly seeking at least $50,000.
