Giuliana Rancic Is 'Doing Really Well' After Double Mastectomy & Reconstructive Surgery

Giuliana Rancic is recovering after undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery on Tuesday night, after being diagnosed with breast cancer in October. 

Her husband, Bill Rancic, says she's in great spirits and even cracking jokes!

"G is doing really well," Bill tells E! News. "Her surgery lasted about four hours, and the doctors were very pleased with the result."

Giuliana was worried and scared about the painful surgery, but we're happy to hear she's on the mend and recovering beautifully. 

"She had a little bit of pain through the night but is feeling much better this morning and was cracking jokes," Bill adds.

And her smooth recovery might be thanks in part to her loyal fans and admirers, who have stayed by her side throughout her heartbreaking struggle with cancer.
