Giuliana Rancic Reveals She Might Miss Her Baby Boy's Birth Due to Olympics Gig!

Giuliana Rancic has been waiting a long time to have a baby and now that she's finally expecting a little boy via a surrogate, the E! News corresspondent reveals she might miss his birth. 

Giuliana stopped by Today this morning and chatted with Natalie Morales about her baby-boy-to-be and the latest celebrity news. But what took us by surprise was the fact that Giuliana, who's married to The Apprentice's season one winner Bill Rancic, might not make it home from the London Olympics in time to catch her son's birth!

“The baby is due the end of August, and I wrap at the Olympics on Aug. 11. So we are going to be on standby," Giuliana revealed, adding, "We think it’s going to be okay. The doctor assured us. He thinks maybe even early September the baby will come."

So, now that Giuliana and Bill know they're expecting a boy, are they thinking blue, blue, blue? Pretty much!

“Bill was thrilled, are you kidding me?" Giuliana gushed of her husband's excitement to have a boy. "I mean, he would have loved a girl, too. But it was funny because I told Bill, 'You realize you can’t play ball with him for awhile?’" she laughed. "I think he thinks at six months they’re going to be playing catch. I’m like, ‘Honey, that doesn’t happen for a little while.’ He’s like, 'I was waterskiing at 3 years old.’ I’m like, ‘Slow down, slow down, honey!'"

"He’s like, 'I just want an NFL quartberback,'" Giuliana added. "I’d like a CEO, but we compromised, and you know what? We’ll take healthy."
