Kelly Bensimon Urges Women to "Show Off Your Curves" at 'Shape' Cover Launch
Kelly Bensimon radiated last night at the launch of her Shape magazine cover, showing off her toned bod in a striking, silver skintight Alice + Olivia dress! Kelly's fellow Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin also joined her to celebrate the cover and the ladies chatted with OK! about all the excitement!
So how has the response been to Kelly's sizzling Shape cover?
"Unbelievable!" according to the 43-year-old (yes she is 43!) mom of two girls.

"I think it’s really exciting for a lot of people to see someone 43 on the cover of Shape, because it’s something that they can do," Kelly told OK! at the event held at the R Lounge in the Renaissance Hotel overlooking Times Square. "It’s not like I’m über thin. It’s not like I’m not eating. I eat well. I exercise a lot and I promote healthy living."
She added, "I don’t want people to be skinny. I want them to be happy and healthy and smoking hot. If you have curves show them off, and if you don’t have curves work out so you can get them."
Kelly's ex-husband Gilles Bensimon photographed the Shape cover shoot, and Kelly said she couldn't have felt more comfortable with her ex behind the lens.
"Everytime that I do a photoshoot I always choose him, because he loves me so much and wants me to be a better version of me, which is very, very cool," she shared. "Also he loves beautiful women and I want to be as beautiful as I can for everyone else."
